Last updated: 2 July 2026
Overview
Welcome to Flexifoil International Ltd. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Flexifoil International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 02709479), with its registered office at 11 Southdown Road, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 4PP, United Kingdom. Flexifoil International Ltd operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Flexifoil International Ltd is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — see Section 15A below.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 - Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 - Our Products
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance of any products or services purchased by you will be identical to how they are depicted or rendered in our online store, but we do warrant, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that goods supplied to you will be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for any particular purpose you made known to us before purchase.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer, on a case-by-case basis, provided this does not affect any order you have already placed and paid for.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Flexifoil International Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted, and no contract exists between us, until Flexifoil International Ltd confirms acceptance by dispatching the product(s) to you. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted — although you may still be entitled to cancel under Section 15A below.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made, and any payment already taken will be refunded in full.
Your purchases are subject to return, exchange or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK], which includes our Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices include UK VAT where applicable but do not include shipping, handling, customs or import charges, which may apply to orders delivered outside the UK.
Prices posted in our online store may be different from prices offered in any physical premises or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may, from time to time, run promotions on the Services that affect pricing and are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store, and to promptly update this information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use the payment method for the purchase, and (iii) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes.
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our product pages, but all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided, but legal ownership (title) does not pass until we have received payment in full.
This does not affect your right, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, to expect delivery within the timeframe agreed at the point of purchase, or your right to a refund if that timeframe is significantly missed without a satisfactory explanation.
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Flexifoil International Ltd, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a licence or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Flexifoil International Ltd, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorised use of the Services may be a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Flexifoil International Ltd.
Flexifoil International Ltd's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Flexifoil International Ltd or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Section 7 - Optional Tools
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement, except to the extent required by law. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools, save where such liability cannot be excluded under English law (see Section 15A).
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which those tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may, in future, offer new features through the Services. Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.
Section 8 - Third-Party Links
The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any embedded third-party functionality). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access these materials or third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Please review the third party's own policies and practices carefully before you engage in any transaction with them. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.
Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify
[NOTE TO MERCHANT: This section accurately characterises Shopify's relationship with your store and should not be removed or modified.]
Flexifoil International Ltd is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Flexifoil International Ltd. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Flexifoil International Ltd, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Flexifoil International Ltd, save to the extent such release would be unlawful.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is processed in accordance with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here [LINK]. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here [LINK]. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide services to you. Review our Privacy Policy [LINK] for more detail on how we, Shopify, and our partners use your personal information, and on your rights under UK data protection law (including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office).
Section 11 - Feedback
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. We may, for example, use this licence to operate, provide, evaluate, enhance, improve and promote the Services and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under these Terms.
You also represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your submission of Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation (1) to keep your Feedback confidential; (2) to pay compensation for your Feedback; or (3) to respond to your Feedback.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party's intellectual property rights or these Terms.
You agree that your Feedback will not violate any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene content, or any computer virus or other malware. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy.
Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to update information, at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel, and any payment taken will be refunded in full if you choose to cancel.
Section 13 - Prohibited Uses
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, defame, or harm any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send or knowingly receive material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to send unsolicited advertising or "spam"; (h) to impersonate any person or entity; or (i) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services, or which may harm Flexifoil International Ltd, Shopify, or other users.
You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services without permission; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, or scrape data from the Services; or (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably determine you have violated these Terms.
Section 14 - Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them) at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts properly due up to the date of termination. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to any goods already purchased.
The following sections will continue to apply following termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Statutory Rights, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
Section 15 - Disclaimer of Warranties
The information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes. Except as set out in Section 15A below, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
Except as expressly stated by Flexifoil International Ltd, or as implied by law and incapable of exclusion (see Section 15A), the Services and all products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Section 15A - Your Statutory Rights (Important — please read)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose, and, where applicable, your right to cancel certain orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
Our Refund Policy [LINK], including our Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee, is offered in addition to, and does not replace, these statutory rights.
Section 16 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject always to Section 15A above, Flexifoil International Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Section 17 - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexifoil International Ltd, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your misuse of the Services, save to the extent caused by our own breach, negligence, or default.
Section 18 - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Section 19 - Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written.
Section 20 - Assignment
You may not transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice to you, provided this does not reduce your statutory or contractual protections.
Section 21 - Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of your own country of residence, and mandatory local consumer protection laws will continue to apply as set out in Section 15A.
Section 22 - Headings
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 23 - Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes, though this will not apply retrospectively to a contract already formed at the time of your order.
