Return and Refund Policy
Flexifoil operates a Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee on every order placed directly through this website.
If you're not happy with your kite — for any reason, at any point after your purchase — send it back and we'll refund you in full. No time limit. No questions asked.
We've offered this guarantee since 2020, and it reflects our confidence in the product and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
How to request a refund
To start a return, email us at hello@flexifoil.com with your name, order number, and delivery address. We'll email you proof-of-purchase confirmation and instructions for sending your item back.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you'll need:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt — we'd have emailed this to you at the time of order)
- The item returned to us at your own cost, unless we've agreed otherwise
Please do not send items back to us before contacting us first — this helps us process your refund quickly and make sure it reaches the right place.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can occasionally take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to show the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed receipt of your return, contact us at hello@flexifoil.com and we'll chase it up.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, so we can put it right — including sending a replacement where appropriate.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a different kite, colour, or size rather than a refund, just let us know when you contact us — we're happy to arrange an exchange for an item of equal value where stock allows.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In short:
- If your item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of how long you've owned it.
- If you're a UK or EU consumer and bought online, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
In practice, our Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee already goes further than either of these — but they remain available to you regardless.
